Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are an essential part of the Campus Pack-N-Store Order Form and Customer Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached (collectively, the “Agreement”). The following paragraphs represent the agreement made between the customer (“Customer”, “you” or “Student”) and Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC (“Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC” or “The Company”) for any services rendered. This Agreement is the complete and full understanding between you and Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC regarding the Services you ordered pursuant to the Agreement. Any other terms, conditions, warranties, guarantees, undertakings, understandings or representations whether express or implied by statute (insofar as such statute permits), common law or otherwise or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage hereby excluded from this Agreement. To the extent of any conflict between the terms of the Order Form and Customer Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall be controlling. The Company reserves the right to amend any portion of this service explanation at any time.

Campus Pack-N-Store Storage Services:
Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC provides the following services: (i) delivery of packing materials (i.e., boxes and label) to Customer’s residence; (ii) pick up of Customer’s possessions at Customer’s residence on the scheduled pick-up date (the “Scheduled Pick-up Date”) within the Pick-up Period; (iii) transportation of items to a suitable storage facility as chosen solely by Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC; and (iv) delivery of the Customer’s possessions to Customer’s residence at the completion of the storage term on the scheduled drop-off date (the “Scheduled Drop-off Date”).
Packing Materials:
Upon Customer’s request of Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC services, the student will receive five (5) free boxes, delivered to their door. All boxes are delivered with labels, and tape. A $25 deposit fee is required at the time of delivery of packing materials.
Packaging Tips:
The Customer acknowledges reading and accepting the terms of Campus Pack-N-Store Packing Guide, and agrees that the safe packing of items is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Payment:
The customer agrees to pay the full bill amount at the time of pick-up. The Customer also agrees to pay any applicable fees as specified in this document or on the website which is subject to change without notice. In the event that a customer's payment cannot be authorized, payment in full must be made in order to receive their items.
Pick-Up Services:
Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC will try to accommodate the pick-up date, time, and location in accordance to the requests made by the Customer. The pick-ups will generally start the weekend before the first scheduled Final Exam and end the weekend after the last Final Exam and are particular to each school and campus. Any pick-up occurring outside of the offered times will be subject to a nonrefundable out-of-window fee of $25.00 dollars.
In the event that the Customer is unable to be present during the Pick-up Window or if the pick-up location changes, the Customer must provide notice to Campus Pack-N-Store 24 hours prior to the Scheduled Pick-up Date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge to the Customer of Campus Pack-N-Store prevailing fee for pick-ups outside of the Scheduled Pick-up Date, as such additional fee of ($25).
Pick-ups occurring outside the 5-mile radius of the College or University living area will be charged a nonrefundable rate of $5.00 dollars per mile traveled outside of the 5-mile radius.
Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC will send a representative to pick up the boxes from your residence on the Scheduled Pick-up Date. Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC cannot and does not guarantee that pick-up of the boxes will occur at a specified time during the Pick-up Window. The Campus Pack-N-Store representative will verify your identity by asking you to produce an acceptable form of picture identification, and then transport the boxes containing your personal belongings to a storage facility.
Drop-off Services:
Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC will try and accommodate the drop-off date, time, and location in accordance with the requests made by the Customer. Drop-offs will generally begin the weekend before the first day of classes and end on the following weekend after the first day of scheduled classes particular to each school and campus.
Any drop-off occurring outside of the offered times will be subject to a nonrefundable out-of-window fee of $25.00 dollars. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessfully made by Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC at the scheduled time and location, the Customer may;
Pick-up their items at the storage facility at The Company’s convenience, contact The Company to request a redelivery to a specific location and time for a nonrefundable additional fee of $30.00 dollars. The Customer must be present at the time of delivery.
Drop-offs occurring outside the 5-mile radius of the College or University living area will be charged a nonrefundable rate of $5.00 dollars per mile traveled outside of the 5-mile radius.
Our Right to Access Boxes:
We may open any of your boxes without providing you with any prior notice in cases of emergency, which would include, but is not limited to, situations when, in our discretion, we need to: (i) make any repairs to the box or replace the box (however we are not obligated to repair or replace any boxes); (ii) locate and remove any property which appears to be seeping out of the box, or which appears to be emitting fumes or odors from the box, or which appears to be harming or endangering any other box or the property of any others; (iii) enforce the terms of this Agreement, including all our rights and remedies; (iv) open the box for security reasons generally; or (v) comply with any Court Order or applicable law or regulation. At all other times, we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to opening a box containing your belongings.
Your Rights to Access Boxes:
If a Customer needs access to a stored item between scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, they are required to give Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC at least 5 days notice. Notifications made within 5 days cannot be guaranteed. An additional nonrefundable fee of $50.00 dollars will be charged as a retrieval fee.
Abandonment:
Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC will use all acquired contact information (i.e. phone, email, etc) to figure out a means to return the Customer’s belongings. If unsuccessful, The Company will hold the Customer’s belongings for 31 days. Pursuance of these Terms and Conditions 31 days past signed contract of return date with no payment from the Customer, or other on Customer’s behalf will constitute as abandonment of the Customer’s belongings. At that point, Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC assumes ownership of the abandoned property. Abandoned property that becomes property of Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC may be auctioned off to pay back an unpaid debts incurred by the Customer.
Insurance:
Pursuant to Florida laws, Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC limits its liability on all goods stored to a value rate of 60 cents per pounds, per article.
Failure to notify a Campus Pack-N-Store representative of items in boxes such as computers, televisions, musical instruments, other “un-box able”, or fragile items as denoted in our un-box able item list will void insurance coverage.
Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC does not insure the following:
1. Cash, jewelry, heirlooms, coins or invaluable items.
2. Mirrors or very fragile objects.
3. Any stereo or computer equipment that is not properly packed or the box shows no evidence or damage to the outside.
4. Any furniture that is not properly bundled and/or wrapped to prevent scratches or marks.
5. Improperly packed boxes or items.
6. Any belongings that are not in Campus Pack-N-Store’s possession.
Additional Fees:
Any box weighing over 50 lbs will be charged a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 dollars. A Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC employee will make an estimate of the weight at the time of pickup, and will verify either on site or at The Company's storage facility.
Customer Information:
You are required to notify us immediately of any changes to your name, address, contact information, credit card or checking account numbers, by contacting us at, Campuspacknstore@yahoo.com, or calling our 24hr hotline listed on the Contact Us section of the website. The Customer warrants that any personal information that he or she provides to Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC is truthful, complete and accurate. If, as a result of your failure to provide us with updated information, The Company is unable to process any fees or charges payable under this Agreement, or if Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC is unable to contact you in the event of an emergency, The Company may deem your property to have been abandoned, and dispose of any such property as provided herein.
The Customer hereby authorizes Campus Pack-N-Store, LLC to obtain consumer reports, and any other information it deems necessary, for the purpose of evaluating Customer's application. Customer understands that such information may include, but is not limited to, credit history, civil and criminal information, records of arrest, rental history, employment/salary details, vehicle records, licensing records, and/or any other necessary information. Customer further understands that subsequent consumer reports may be obtained and used under this authorization in connection with an update, renewal, extension or collection with respect to or in connection with the Services for which this application was made.
Limitation on Liability:
YOU HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND BEAR ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE BOXES AND THEIR CONTENTS, AND FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR PROPERTY OR TO THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS BY THE BOXES OR BY THEIR CONTENTS WHILE THE BOXES REMAIN IN YOUR POSSESSION, INCLUDING WHILE THE BOXES ARE ON YOUR DRIVEWAY OR LOADING DOCK, OR IN ANY HALLWAY OR ANY OTHER COMMON AREA OF YOUR RESIDENCE. SUBJECT TO THE SECTION ENTITLED INSURANCE, FOLLOWING PICK-UP OF YOUR BOXES FROM YOUR RESIDENCE UNTIL THE BOXES ARE DELIVERED TO YOU, CAMPUS PACK-N-STORE, LLC DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RISK FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PERSONAL PROPERTY YOU HAVE PLACED IN THE BOXES FOR STORAGE, NO MATTER HOW THE LOSS OR DAMAGE MAY BE CAUSED, EXCEPT FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED DIRECTLY BY OUR GROSS NEGLIEGNCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, AND IN ANY EVENT THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES.
